homophobic because its an imperative statement about my sexuality, and therefore a false statement, a homophobic statement

and thats all they say, over and over, a homophobic statement they believe is a declarative statement, but isnt, because someone elses sexuality is not for them to make any statements about, and is therefore false, yet this –
