I looked at a question that was apparently posed to me
“Should madonna retire at 68?”
The question is called the Complex Question Fallacy
The same form of a framed “?” is used in the media for migration, climate change, gender issues, fascism, a particular favourite of the murdoch press
Loaded questions make people believe they have a voice, when in fact theyre just doing as asked
Its as if the media are making a declarative statement, and adding onto the end, a “?”
Is this the future democracy? Do i have a say? G?
