Another short story

Here’s just a short story I thought would be good illustrated: The Creation of DeathAnna sits on the floor, patting a white tiger statue that lays beside her. Henry paces beside the desk. It is a large room, with a bright window, old furniture. Henry says “Shit!” while pulling his hair. “Damn it!.” “What now?”he asks. Anna smiles, looking through the green carpeted floor: “You know, you were never like this.” She says to Henry, to which Henry stops and pulls his hair: “What do you expect?” “I’m just saying I would never have expected this behaviour from you.” “But its not me” Henry says looking confused. “Now I’m coming to expect this behaviour off you” to which Henry replies, “God, jeez Anna, stop it!”, to which Anna, sniggering, says “See what I mean!” and Henry, now looking outside and clasping his hands, replies “What do you-” “Tommy!” Anna interrupts, getting meticulously up, folding down her green dress, as a kid about eight appears to slide sideways into the room. “What can I get you dear?” she asks to which Henry says “Ugghhh” and flops down onto the chair behind the desk head in hands. “Teeth. Human teeth.” says Tommy. “Oh dear has one of yours fallen out?” she said and Henry calls from the back of the room “Why do you go on pretending?” “Hungry.” puts in Tommy. “Dear,” Anna says, running her hands through Tommy’s hair, “we talked about this before, remember?” Tommy stamps his foot, “But I want to eat teeth! Why can’t you just get me human teeth?” “Don’t be naughty,” says Anna, pointing, “Tell you what, you stop talking about that , and I’ll get you some crisps!” she says in a quietly commanding tone. Henry sobs softly in the background. Tommy drops to all fours and on all fours starts walking towards his dad, “meow” he says and brushes past Anna’s leg as she walks past, out the door. He gets a psycho look in his eye, and starts writhing, bits pop out and he metamorphoses into a worm. Tommy slinks over to his dad. His dad just looks at him. The worm/Tommy rises slightly up, and curls around his dad’s feet. And Henry just looks in despair. Anna comes back in moments later with a bowl of crisps, and Henry looks up, “When?” “The girl will be ready before he wakes!” Anna says, in her quiet authoratative tone. “Teeth,” Henry says smiling like he can’t believe it.
