FIGHTING THE STATE 28: THE ISSUE

My sexuality is being framed as a public “debate”.

Framing my sexuality as a public debate, is a violation of my basic human rights. And the human rights of all women.

I, as a lesbian woman have a right to identify how i choose to use my body: thats being made an “issue”.

In becoming public debate, my sexuality as scapegoat of this national “issue”, is a debate bigger than i am.

And the “debate” is more than lesbianism, it is about womens right to control their own bodies.

I’ll make a stand for all women, whether they appreciate it or not.

Thats why theres a debate, because im not just a suicide case, i am fighting for my rights.
