I go out G watching, every morning, now
Its dark, drops are formed on the barren nectarine tree
I stand beside the tree, seeing the steam of my breath move in and out
The focus of my meditation, G, i see you in all i see
The traffic that goes by, i can’t see in most of the cars, yet im sure i see you constantly go past
Reflecting on it, i know i’m going to be set up then set upon
By a people whose only spiritual mission is to destroy me
But i spend every moment of my life longing to see you before me
So i go out, anyway, despite everything
In the hope you’ll be there, arriving
Moving life contrariwise, wishing-stars of a beautiful day
When it comes, G, i’ll see you there, next to me
