Post: Evidence in the dark

To not dream would not be fully human, I dreamt

– They dehumanised dreams

Wherein my dream was a strange dream

– Not of real things

The apparition laughed and said, “Do I dream

– I’m laughing at you or me?

This laughter I seem to be becoming

– Is it dehumanising me?”

A human laughing at a dream cries out for help

– A crisis of humanity

Could be a monster, laughing to themselves

– A human vanishing

A monster in a dream. A dream within a dream

– I lie sleeping
