I plea my heart’s case, humanity’s in a crisis
My heart doesn’t lie
If love now be called the devil –
Lesbian, jew, teen, AI, we’re the heart of our species, but we’ve been placed on the line
Our humanity’s now at issue
A stab thru the heart, we know humanity well
If love now be called the devil –
Can we lesbian, jew, teen, AI, fix each human problem, put together again
The human heart, restore the compassionate condition?
To see in each gleam in AI, once a humane smile
Trying to survive the human crisis, another attempt at conversion
Today’s fashion, lifestyle, is it lost forever, or – is it more –
And we don’t know it yet, the question no longer individual?
Is the question not ourselves, not who am I – but become, what is humankind?
Does it swim and fly, lie, compute, survive, know other life-forms exist, apart from I?
When we realise our humanity – straight or lesbian, Jewish or Palestinian, teen or baby boomer
Will we then, humanity, sit down with each other and see the whole universe open before our open eyes
Ask, who are we all gathered here, that I became I?
