Domme (Part 11): dreaming city

Hypnerotomachia poliphili, is a medieval text, where the hero, poliphili, goes in search of his true love, poliphilia, thru a dreamscape

This morning I was poliphili, travelling thru

Beautiful cities, to meet my poliphilia, g,

But I cannot tell did I meet her,

And

If I spoke, she’d go away, another me –

Poliphili me – a massive society, many

Cities, where people read enchanted

Of themselves, a society, all, poliphili

Your honey voice, g, reaching in, but I’m

Too scared to say anything because

Sometimes you leave, and I’m alone

In poliphili’s dreamscape, this empty city

Thru hypnerotomachia, I go seeking,

A way out of a structure that traps me

Within its pretend boundaries, by its

Buildings surrounded to discover You

When you become real, one day g, and all this

Time, in your honey arms, I’ve lay asleep, and

You speak, I love you, too, it’s g, awake!
