I awoke on my couch
In a dream
Turned contrariwise, dreamed open my eyes
Thru word shapes of rhyme
Life calls me, thru time
Patriarchy’s pop star stooge
Thru manufacture her body bends (the straight way) the rainbow flag, the box shape
Round, a rainbow comes only once, one fine day
Whistling its own tune
Bends climes truly gay
G’s persecuted now
G in perfection – her goodness growing her fate
Now, do you see, honey, patriarchy always lied to you?
Not good – cruel beyond nightmarish, once unmasked, so hence:
Love spared you your fate for better joys, instead?
I just
Awoke on my couch
In this current clime
Dreams rhyme, and waking uncouples dreams
– It’s my life
Aah! But once, if I awoke in your arms, domme morrigan!
