From our love, we vs. in love, the loveless who hold court
Conferring in argument
I’m mad – you’re bad – we’re false – not love,
The loveless court
To which my heart is yours, held inside your silhouette, nods
Inside me, your unravelled poetry, in argument for me
To me, only you – each other – one = two – looking only at me, too
All eyes, the loveless hold court
Conclude their argument thus:
Your domme silhouette has driven me mad,
And when I see you – they see not love, the loveless court, see us not
To which I hold
You that in your characteristic way, holds space in your silhouette, that I love – nods a universal Truth
That in a universal court, the loveless nod at not love
And we in love, what matters us, if we sit in a loveless court, in love?
You nod
