G:) the goddess, morning allegory

(Snake was a symbol of the goddess before she was demonised, also from nod, i learnt the druids were also called snakes, which is why it’s said, St patrick destroyed them in Ireland)

In my garden-world, solitary world, pensive of another,

To linger long-struck, roving on romance’s verge, an eternal

Plunge, the serpent and doe, drawn to each other,

A mustard seed, not knowing its palm: then you bounding,

Come Knowing:) among wilds of people, who spin away,

Infinite cities, suburbia, shapes people harness, in

Logical regress: me, damned in paradise, you: stem from them,

I think: you people the landscape: a dance party, in you

Reveal myself, and dance in empty places, with you belong,

My muse, become enloved, ensouled, in space of your form,

I ask you to come, with ease you move toward:) my tree,

You: said something elusive, bounded away, to rescue me

From my lonely grave? love timid, like a doe, yet sure of itself:

You wonder who I am: I am but a seed plucked from a garden

Held in your palm: a wise snake I am, to obey you: in my guise

Human, goddess, or mornings contemplation: devilish charm
