When a worm that’s crawled beneath, talks its blind gibberish
At me, leaping across a mountain range far
Give up I command yer, it says, all red in jealous rage, or I’ll call
You a worm! Well, I say, that I am and that you are, did you not see
Us in a vision, us two? Worm and worm – and arm in arm, all us humans?
And such nonsense it scoffs as it rears its head from out my arse
I want to laugh so hard at such fun, to share it with you
Not only my bottom, but this silly idiom this world’s become!
