I walked down the street
Eyes were bulging
Fate was moving like an engine
I spun a rose
I watched the birds, my friends
The bullets flew
Across the battlefield
I spun a rose
I minded my own
Tho
Illusion was spinning
I looked at a rose
I wondered
How they think they’re safe
Penned in and fattened
I clutched a rose
I heard the worst
They paved the road
Propped in cars of their stench
And I heard the rose:
She said
“Carry on
The worst is done
Carry on
The goddess’ loved one”
I stumbled home
I carry on
Self realisation
In a deluded situation
I love myself
I spun a rose
