Like a square mirror
Cubed into triangles, rainbows, rectangles
Through which gleams dark light
Softly polished moonlight
Fragmented into two lives
One half white, one half black, yet parallel,
Fingers interlaced
With sea that washes between the two
Pulled this then that way
Moods shaking or smiling
Rising and shapeshifting
Moon reflecting water
In a visionary mirror
Where lies a secret
Between us two
